Abstract


Abstract

This research was conducted to find out how much influence the location variable, field quality, and service quality on consumer satisfaction. Case study in Futsal Zone SM user. In this study the population was 198,839 people with a total sample of 100 people. The way to take samples is, people who have played in the Zone SM field. To find out the data that will be examined later, this study uses a way to distribute questionnaire to better know the opinions of each person by filling out the statements that have been attached to the questionnaire.

In addition, this study uses SPSS version 17.0 to test data in the form of instrument testing, multiple linear regression analysis, testing classic assumptions, and tasting hypotheses. From this study produced several conclusions that state that location, field quality, and service quality variable affect simultneously or together so that it can increase consumer satisfaction in the Futsal Zone SM user. While partially or individually from each of the independent variable that have no effect on consumer satisfaction in the Futsal Zone SM users.
