The purpose of this study was to analyze the impact of work motivation and work discipline on employee performance simultaneously and partially on employee performance at Varna Culture Hotel Surabaya.

This research uses quantitative methods by collecting data through questionnaires. The population in this study were employees at Varna Culture Hotel Surabaya. The sampling technique uses the census method. The sample consisted of 56 respondents with questionnaire collection technology. The data analysis methods used in this study used descriptive analysis and multiple regression analysis.

The results of this study show that work motivation and some of the work disciplines have a significant impact on employee performance. Contributions of research results can provide input to employees at Varna Culture Hotel Surabaya, especially Work Motivation and Work Discipline.
