Abstract

               This study aims to determine the commitment, influence of leadership style, and organizational culture performance on commitment to FORMAS Malang Raya. The variables used in this study are the Performance variable as the dependent variable, while the independent variable is the Commitment of leadership style, and communication. Data was collected through a questionnaire method with a number of samples used as respondents, as many as 79 respondents.

               The results of this study simultaneously concluded that there is an Influence of Commitment, Leadership Style and communication on performance and partially concluded there is an influence between the variables of Commitment, Leadership Style and communication on performance.
