Abstract


Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of partially and simultaneously between independent variables (government ownership variables, public ownership variables, and company size variables) on the dependent variable (financial performance variables) on state-owned companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2013-2018. In this study, the data used are secondary data in the form of a financial report published by the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The samples in this study were 11 state-owned companies that met the criteria for purposive sampling in the selection of predetermined samples. This type of research uses explanatory research. Data analysis techniques used in this study are the normality test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression test, hypothesis test, partial test, and simultaneous test. The results of the study stated that government share ownership does not influence financial performance, while public ownership has an effect on financial performance as well as company size which shows an influence on financial performance. On the F test results, the independent variable simultaneously influences the dependent variable in this study.
