Human resources organitation is something that is important to encourage the development of human resources to achieve optimal conditions. The effort that must be achieved in this globalization era is to improve the quality of human resources. If human resources increase, employee performance will also increase This study aims to determine and analyze the Effect of Communication and Teamwork on the Employee Performance of the Tanggul Subdistrict Office in Jember partially and simultaneously. The population and sample in this study were 44 peoples. Data collection techniques using the method of saturation or census sampling. Data collection techniques by distributing questionnaires. Analysis of the data used in SPPS version 16. The analytical tools used in this study were Instrument Test, Normality Test, Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression Test and Hypothesis Test. Based on the results of this study it was concluded that the communication variable had no effect on employee performance partially while the teamwork variable had a partial effect on employee performance. Variable communication and teamwork influence simultaneously employee performance
