Peran Gaya Kepemimpinan, Motivasi Kerja Dan Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Pada Karyawan Universitas Gajayana Malang)
Abstract
ABSTRACT
This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation, leadership style and work discipline on employee performance at Gajayana University Malang Employees. The sample and population in this study amounted to 45 people who are employees of Gajayana University of Malang. The method use is descriptive data analysis using the validity, reliability, normality, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression analysis test, f test and t hypothesis test.The results of this study indicate that simultaneously each variable of work motivation, leadership style and work discipline together have a positive effect on employee performance, while partially the variables of work motivation, leadership style and work discipline affect the performance of employees at Gajayana University Malang Employees.
