Abstract


Abstract 

The purpose of this research is to examine Organizational Culture, Comunication, Compensation and work Discipline on Teacher Performance at the Integral Luqman Al Hakim School of Islamic Boarding School Hidayatullah Sumenep. The type of this research is deskriptive, while the data is used primary data obtained by using a questionnaire by taking a sample of 44 (forty four) respondents.

This reasearch uses analytical tools such as Validity, Realiability, Normality Test, Multiple Regression  Test, Multicollinearity Test, Heteroscedasticity Test, F Test, and T Test and use by using the Likert Scale. The results of the analysis rely on the scores that was obtained from respondents. The results oh this study are (1) Organizational culture has positive and significant effects towards teacher performance (2) Comunication has positive and significant effects towards teacher performance (3) Compensation has a direct effect on teacher performance (4) Work discipline has a direct and significant effect on teacher performance.
