PENGARUH KOMPETENSI DAN LINGKUNGAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN (Study Kasus Pada Karyawan Bagian Produksi Perusahaan Rokok Adi Bungsu Malang)

Abstract

ABSTRACT
This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of the competency and the work environment to the performance of employees partially and simultaneously. This type of research is a quantitative research. Respondents in this study are employees in the PR. Adi Bungsu of Malang. The sample used in this study amounted to 53 employees. Data collection method used is the questionnaire and documentation.
The analysis used included instrument test, classical assumption test, normality test, multiple regression linear test, hypothesis test, t test and F test with SPSS 14.0 for windows softwere.
The result of the research shows that the competency has significant influence to the performance of employes in the PR. Adi Bungsu of Malang The work environment has a significant effect on the performance of the employees of the PR. Adi Bungsu of Malang, the competency and work environment together effect the performance of the employees of the PR. Adi Bungsu of Malang.
