This study aims to determine the effect of leadership, communication, and work motivation on the performance of employees of KUD Pakis Malang Regency. This research is a type of quantitative research. The sampling method used in this study is. there is a population of 35 employees and a sample of 35 respondents. The analysis used is descriptive statistics and parametric inferential statistics. The results in this study indicate that simultaneous leadership, communication, and work motivation affect the performance of KUD Pakis Malang staff. partially influential leadership on the performance of communication employees and work motivation simultaneously affect the performance of employees as well as partially influential leadership on employee performance and communication does not have a partial effect on employee performance and subsequently work motivation does not affect the performance of KUD Pakis Kab employees.
