Abstract

Then from this study aims to determine whether managerial ownership, independent commissioners and audit committees have a good effect on the value of the company.This study uses descriptive quantitative research using the banking sector that is listed from the IDX in the period 2016-2017 as its object. The method of data collection uses secondary data. Sampling using purposive sampling method. There are 34 companies that meet the sample category. Furthermore, this multiple regression analysis is used to analyze and test hypotheses with the t and f test with the help of SPSS version 16.0

Based on the results of the above research it can be concluded that managerial ownership partially has a significant positive effect on firm value, independent commissioners partially have a non-significant negative influence on firm value, and the audit committee partially has a negative and insignificant effect on firm value.
