PENGARUH KARAKTERISTIK PEKERJAAN, KEPUASAN KERJA DAN KOMITMEN ORGANISASI TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN (studi kasus pada PT. Blambangan Foodpackres Indonesia)

ABSTRACT
This study aims to determine the influence of job characteristic, job satisfaction and organizational commitment toward the performance of Blambangan Foodpackers Indonesia Ltd. employees. The population in this study was Blambangan Foodpackers Indonesia Ltd. employees. The sampling technique that was used is saturated sampling technique. All populations in this study were less than 100 people, the number of samples of this study were all members totaling 73 people. The result shows that the job characteristic variables, job satisfaction and organizational commitment related to the performance of Blambangan Foodpackers Indonesia Ltd. employees that shown by the value of F > F table and significance > 0,05. The result shows that there are direct and significant impacts from job characteristic toward employee performance and organizational commitment. In addition, there are indirect and insignificant impacts on job satisfaction towards employee performance..
