PENGARUH KOMITMEN KERJA, LOYALITAS KERJA, DAN KEPUASAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI (STUDI KASUS DI BRI CABANGSUMENEP)

Abstract


Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of job satisfaction, work loyalty, and job satisfaction on the performance of employees at PT BRI Branch Sumenep. The data used in this research are primary data obtained through questionnaires. The number of samples is 60 respondents which is the whole of the BRI population of the Sumenep Branch so that in taking the sample using saturated samples because of less than 100 respondents. The analysis technique used is the test instrument which includes validity and reliability tests, normality tests for multiple linear regression analysis, classic assumption tests which include multicollinearity test and heterocedasticity test, and hypothesis testing using F test and T test. positive and significant effect on employee performance, work loyalty variables have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and job satisfaction variables have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
