Abstract


ABSTRACT

This study aims to determine the effect of motivation and compensation on the performance of UD employees. CJDW Meteseh Kota Semarang. This type of research is used according to its objectives, namely, explanatory research which means to provide an explanation of why something happened or answer the question why (why). The research method used is multiple linear with the use of respondents. The data used are primary and secondary data obtained from questionnaires and interviews. In this study the population is all 70 employees, 20 in the live chicken driver 4 for shipping drivers and 40 in the production section while 6 people in the warehouse. The results of this study from both the motivation and compensation variables in general do not affect the performance of UD employees. CJDW Meteseh Kota Semarang.
