PENGARUH MOTIVASI, LINGKUNGAN KERJA DAN DISIPLIN KERJATERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN KUD SARI BUMI BULULAWANG MALANG

Abstract


ABSTRACT

The study was conducted in KUD Sari Bumi Bululawang Malang. The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the influence of motivation, work environment and work discipline to employee performance partially or simultaneously. The sample used are whole employee of KUD Sari Bumi Bululawang Malang much as 35 employees. Collection data method used was a questionnaire. The analysis includes instruments test, normality test, classic assumption test, linear regression test, hypothesis test and coefficient determination test using multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 14.0 for Windows.
The result showed that motivation, work environment and work discipline partially has an influence to employee performance KUD Sari Bumi Bululawang Malang. Motivation, work environment and work discipline simultaneously have an influence to the employee’s performance of KUD Sari Bumi Bululawang Malang.
