PERAN MOTIVASI KERJA, PELATIHAN DAN KECERDASAN EMOSIONAL TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN (DI KOPERASI UNIT DESA PAKIS KABUPATEN MALANG)
Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation, training and emotional intelligence, on the performance of employees of Koperasi Unit Desa Malang. The sample and population in this study consist of 35 people who were employees of Koperasi Unit Desa Pakis Kabupaten Malang. The using of this method are descriptive data analysis, that is using the tests of validity, reliability, normality, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear analysis test f, and hypothesis testing t. The result of this study indicate that simultaneously of each variable work motivation, training and emotional intelligence equally have a positive effect on performance, while partially work motivation variables do not affect performance, training does not intelligence affect the performance of Koperasi Unit Desa Pakis Kabupaten Malang.
