Abstract


ABSTRACT

The purpose of this study to determine and analyze the influence of Ability, Motivation, and Employee Performance on Work Productivity. This study analyzed the influence of predictors of Ability, Motivation, and Employee Performance on Work Productivity. Data analysis method used in this research is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis.

Based on the results of this study that the ability to positively and significantly influence on Work Productivity, this is evidenced from the value of variable coefficient of 0.041 and coefficient value smaller than 0.05. Motivation has a positive and significant effect on Work Productivity, this is evidenced from the value of variable coefficient of 0.029 and coefficient value smaller than 0.05. Employee performance has a positive and significant effect on Work Productivity, this is evidenced from the value of variable coefficient of 0.001 and coefficient value smaller than 0.05. As well as the significant value of Fuji 0,000 <0.05, where H4 is accepted, which means there is a free variable that has the ability to explain the dependent variable (Work Productivity).
