Abstract


ABSTRACT

               The research that I have done aims to determine the effect of the work environment and work discipline on the employee morale that is present in PDAM employees in Malang city. the population in this study were all employees at PT. PDAM Malang City with a sample of 60 people and collecting data by conducting questionnaires. The data analysis used in this study were: validity test, reliability test, normality, multicollinearity, heterocedasticity, multiple linear analysis, and hypothesis testing. From the results of this study is obtained several relationships, that the work environment variable does not influence and significantly affect employee morale, work discipline variables influence and are significant for employee morale, and variables in the work environment and work discipline simultaneously influence employee morale. and has a big impact. And this obtained value shows that work discipline variables on employee morale have a positive influence.
