PENGARUH GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN, MOTIVASI DAN KOMITMEN ORGANISASI TERHADAP KINERJA PENGURUS PMII RAYON AL-FARABI KOMISARIAT UNISMA
Abstract
ABSTRACT
This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of leadershp style, work motivation, and organizational commitment on administrators performance PMII rayon al-farabi komisariat unisma, either partial or together. The population in this study were all administrators and sample amounts to 60 administrator. The data colection through questionnaries. In this study data analysis using SPSS 14.0 version. The technique sampling using a questionnaries with a rating scale rikert and mechanical testing data used in this study include validity test, normality test, classic assumption test, multiple linier regression analysis, F test, t test.
The results of the analysis show that the motivation significantly influence the administrator performance, while leadership style and organizational commitment does not significant effect on administrator performance. It show that the leadership style, motivation, and organizational commitment significantly influence the performance of administrator.
