Abstract


ABSTRACT

This purpose is to know the influence of compensation, motivation, work discipline, to employee performance. This study analyzes the influence of the director of compensation, motivation, and work discipline on employee performance. Motede data analysis used in this research is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis.

Based on the results of this study that the compensation positive and significant impact on employee performance, this is evidenced from the value of variable coefficient of 6288 and significant value of 0.000. Negative and insignificant motivations on employee performance, this is evidenced from the value of the variable coefficient of -1.156 and a significant value of 0.258. Work discipline of influence and significant to employee performance, this is evidenced from the value of variable coefficient of 5,534 and significant value of 0.000. As well as the significant value of Fuji <0.05, where H4 is accepted, which means there are some independent variables that have the ability to explain the dependent variable (employee performance).
