PENGARUH KUALITAS PELAYANAN, LOKASI, HARGA, DAN PROMOSI TERHADAP KEPUTUSAN PEMBELIAN THREE SECOND†(Studi Kasus Pada Konsumen Three Second di Malang Town Square)
Abstract
Abstract              This research was carried out with the aim of knowing and analyzing the influence of service quality, location, price, and promotion on the decision to purchase three seconds on the second tree in Malang town square.              The sample in this study was three second consumers in Malang town square. Data collection is done by distributing questionnaires, analyzing the data used in this study are reliability, reliability, normality test, multiple linear regression, classical assumption test, and hypothesis testing. From this study.               the results showed that there were influences of service quality, location and promotion variables simultaneously influencing purchasing decisions in Three second at Malang square. But partially the service quality and price variables have no significant effect on purchasing decisions, while the location and promotion variables have a significant influence on the decision to purchase Three Second in Malang Town Square.
