PENGARUH KOMITMEN DAN PELATIHAN TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PT. XYZ

Abstract

ABSTRACT                This study aims to test and analyze the Effect of Commitment and Training on Employee Performance in the Production Section of PT. XYZ either partially or simultaneously. In this study a population of 700 employees and 87 employees were taken after being calculated using the Slovin formula. Data collection through questionnaires, data analysis in this study using SPSS version 22. The sampling technique uses quantitative methods, while the data testing techniques used in this study include validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test normality test, multiple linear regression analysis , and testing the research hypothesis.                The results of the analysis show that partially or simultaneously Commitment and Training have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees in the production section of PT.
