Abstract


ABSTRACT

 

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style and organizational culture on the performance of administrators in the Student Executive Board SE-Unisma Solemn Period 2019. The variables used in this study are performance variables as dependent variables, while the independent variables are leadership style and organizational culture. Data was collected through a questionnaire method with the number of samples used as respondents as many as 81 respondents.

The results of this study are reflected in the leadership style statement "In achieving the goals of the leader has a subjective character." And in the statement "Leaders have a personal nature of progression" and from the statement "Leaders of the organization have behavioral temperament". Organizational culture is reflected in the statement "The organization gives special place to the organization's predecessors" and the statement "Members of the organization are loyal to their organization". Performance is reflected by the statement "I do a good job" and the statement "I am fully responsible for work".
