PENGARUH KOMITMEN ORGANISASI DAN MOTIVASI KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA GURU HONORER DI SLB AUTISM RIVER KIDS KOTA MALANG
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of organizational commitment and work motivation on the performance of honorary teachers at the Autism River Kids Special School Malang City. The population used in this study were all teachers of the Autism River Kids Special School in the Upper Joyogrand Housing No.41 Malang with a total of 33 honorary teachers. Data collection is done by distributing questionnaires, using data analysis such as: validity test, relibiality test, heteroscedasticity, multicolinerity, multiple linear regression, and testing the research hypothesis.
           From this research, the results are obtained: There is an influence between organizational commitment variables and work motivation on teacher performance, there is an influence between organizational commitment variables on teacher performance, but there is no influence between work motivation variables on honorary teacher performance at Autism River Kids Special School Malang City.
