Abstract


ABSTRACT

Not only motivation which have been a problem in a company, but compensation provided is also not suitable with the expectation by employees. This study aims to find out and analyze how the influence simultaneously between motivation and compensation, and to find the dominant variables that influence the work performance of employees of PT. Propan Raya ICC Malang. The type of this study is a Explanatory Research. This study implemented on employees of PT. Propan Raya ICC Malang. This study held from March to July 2019. The population in this study were all employees of PT Propan Raya ICC Malang, amounting 59 persons. Because the population is less than 100 respondents, all of the 59 persons were taken as respondents. The results of the study it is known that  the variables of motivation and compensation affect the work performance of employees at PT Propan raya ICC Malang simultaneously and partially (individually). The dominant variable that influences employee performance at PT Propan Raya ICC is compensation
