Abstract
Abstract
Organizational change has become an unavoidable necessity for state-owned enterprisesin the transportation sector, such as PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero), amid the ongoing digitalization of services and operational modernization. This condition makes employee readiness for organizational change an important issue to examine, particularly in relation to the roles of training, self-efficacy, and organizational culture. This study aims to analyze the effect of these three variables, both partially and simultaneously, on employee readiness to face organizational change among employees at the Operational Unit of PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero), Malang Station. The study employed a quantitative associative approach involving 32 employees, all of whom were included as respondents using a census sampling technique. An online questionnaire was used to obtain the data, which were subsequently examined through multiple linear regression analysis. The findings indicate that training does not significantly influence employee readiness. In contrast, both self-efficacy and organizational culture demonstrate positive and significant relationships with employee readiness, with organizational culture emerging as the factor with the strongest influence.. Simultaneously, the three variables were proven to have a significant effect, explaining 78.0% of the variance in employee readiness to face organizational change.
