Abstract

 

This study aims to examine how perceived ease of use, service quality, and efficiency influence consumer purchase intention regarding offline shops amidst the proliferation of online shops. The study population consists of all consumers at Pasar Pendopo, Barito Regency, the exact size of which is unknown. A non-probability sampling technique-specifically purposive sampling, which selects samples based on specific criteria-was employed. Data were collected via questionnaires distributed to 75 respondents and analyzed using SPSS software. The results indicate that perceived ease of use, service quality, and efficiency have a significant influence on purchase intention, both simultaneously and individually.
