Pengaruh Pelatihan, Motivasi Kerja, Disiplin Kerja Dan Kompetensi Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Di Polbangtan Malang
Abstract
Abstract
This research is motivated by a decline in employee performance at the Agricultural Development Polytechnic (Polbangtan) Malang during the 2022–2024 period. This study aims to analyze the influence of training, work motivation, work discipline, and competence on employee performance. The study used a quantitative approach with an associative method. The study involved 98 civil servants (ASN), with all members of the population included as respondents through a saturated sampling technique. Data were gathered using questionnaires and subsequently analyzed using multiple linear regression in SPSS. The results showed that partially, training and work motivation had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, while work discipline and competence had no significant effect. Simultaneously, training, work motivation, work discipline, and competence significantly influenced employee performance. The coefficient of determination of 74.2% indicates that variation in employee performance can be explained by the four research variables, while 25.8% is influenced by factors outside the research model. Therefore, improving the quality of training and work motivation needs to be a primary focus in efforts to improve employee performance at Polbangtan Malang.
