Time management also has a positive and significant effect on performance, so that the ability to manage time effectively can improve the quality of work implementation. Meanwhile, workload has a negative and significant effect on performance, indicating that the lower the workload, the higher the performance of part-time workers. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the improvement in the performance of part-time workers in Malang City is influenced by a combination of high work motivation, the ability to manage time effectively, and a low workload.
