The tobacco farming sector plays a strategic role in the regional economy, particularly in Central Lombok Regency, West Nusa Tenggara, one of the largest tobacco production centers in Indonesia. Despite its considerable potential, the business performance of tobacco farmer groups in Beleka Village, East Praya District, continues to face challenges such as market price fluctuations, limited access to technology, and dependence on external support. This study aims to analyze the effect of entrepreneurial orientation, market access, and government support on the business performance of  tobacco farmer groups. The theoretical framework draws on the entrepreneurial orientation concept of Lumpkin and Dess (1996) together with theories of market access and government institutional support. A quantitative survey approach was employed, with data collected through questionnaires distributed to 85 respondents who are members of tobacco farmer groups, selected through purposive sampling. Data werw analyzed using multiple linear regression, preceded by validity, reliabilty, normality, and classical assumption tests. The results show that entrepreneurial orientation, market access, and government support simultaneously exert a significant effect on business performance. Partially, entrepreneurial orientation and market access have a positive and significant effect on business performance, whereas government support shows a positive but not statistically significant partial effect. The three variables jointly explain 68.0 percent of the variance in business performance. Strengthening entrepreneurial orientation and improving market accessibility are identified as key levers for sustainably enhancing the business performance of tobacco farmer groups.
