Pengaruh Perceived Benefits, Ease Of Use, Dan Trust Terhadap Minat Penggunaan Layanan Mobile Banking BRI (Studi Empiris Pada Mahasiswa Angkatan 2022 Pada Universitas Islam Malang)

The rapid advancement of information and communication technology has accelerated digital transformation in the banking sector, particularly through the development of mobile banking services. This study aims to analyze the influence of Perceived Benefits, Ease of Use, and Trust on the intention to use BRI Mobile Banking (BRImo) among students at Universitas Islam Malang. Using a quantitative approach with an explanatory research design, data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results indicate that Perceived Benefits, Ease of Use, and Trust have positive and significant effects on the intention to use BRImo, both individually and simultaneously. Among these variables, Ease of Use emerged as the most influential factor in shaping students' intention to use the application. The findings support the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), highlighting the importance of perceived usefulness, ease of use, and trust in encouraging the adoption of digital banking services.
