This study aims to analyze the effect of time management and workload on the performance of ShopeeFood driver partners in Malang City, with job satisfaction as a mediating variable. This research employed a quantitative approach using a survey method. A total of 100 respondents were selected using non-probability sampling with a convenience sampling technique. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using SmartPLS 4.0.

The results indicate that time management has a positive and significant effect on both performance and job satisfaction. Workload also has a significant effect on performance and job satisfaction. Furthermore, job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on performance and significantly mediates the relationship between time management and performance as well as between workload and performance. These findings imply that effective time management, proper workload management, and improved job satisfaction can enhance the performance of ShopeeFood driver partners in Malang City.
