Pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja, Motivasi Kerja Dan Kompetensi Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Studi pada Karyawan PT Bangkit Junior)
Abstract
Abstract
This research examines the extent to which the working environment, employee motivation, and professional competence contribute to the performance of personnel employed at PT Bangkit Junior. A quantitative research design was adopted to address the research objectives. Since the company employed only 30 individuals, the entire population was included as research participants through a census or saturated sampling method. Primary data were obtained by distributing structured questionnaires to all respondents. The collected responses were subsequently analyzed using IBM SPSS Statistics version 25. The statistical analysis included validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression, partial and simultaneous significance tests, and the coefficient of determination. The results indicate that the work environment does not have a significant partial effect on employee performance. In contrast, work motivation demonstrates a positive and statistically significant contribution to performance. Professional competence is also found to have no significant individual effect on employee performance. Nevertheless, when the three explanatory variables are examined collectively, they significantly influence the performance of PT Bangkit Junior employees. The coefficient of determination, represented by an R Square value of 0.752, shows that the proposed model accounts for 75.2% of the variation in employee performance. The remaining 24.8% is associated with other determinants that were not incorporated into this study.
