Abstract

The purpose of this study is to test and analyze the influence of Training (X1), Competency Certification (X2), and Workload (X3) on the performance of employees of PT Niramas Pandaan Sejahtera Pandaan Pasuruan. The type of research used is explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The population in this study is 99 employees of PT Niramas Pandaan Sejahtera Pandaan. The sample of this study used the Malhotra formula, which was obtained from a sample of 99 respondents. This study uses a double linear regression analysis method, which was carried out using the SPSS 25 analysis program. The results of this study show that the Training variable (X1) has an effect on Employee Performance at PT Niramas Pandaan Sejahtera Pandaan Pasuruan, the Competency Certification variable (X2) has an effect on Employee Performance at PT Niramas Pandaan Sejahtera Pandaan Pasuruan, and the Workload variable (X3) has an effect on Employee Performance at PT Niramas Pandaan Sejahtera Pandaan Pasuruan.
