Pengaruh Orientasi Pasar, Kapabilitas Dinamis, Dan Pengelolaan Keuangan Terhadap Kinerja Usaha (Studi Kasus Pada Pelaku Usaha UMKM Kuliner Senja Bungatan)
Abstract
Abstract
This study examines the effect of market orientation, dynamic capabilities, and financial management on business performance of the MSME culinary actors at Senja Bungatan, Bungatan District, Situbondo Regency. The purpose of this research is to determine the partial effect of the three independent variables on business performance and to test the relationship model among the variables. This is a quantitative study using a saturated sample of 85 business actors, with data collected through a questionnaire and analyzed with the assistance of SPSS. The results show that market orientation has no significant effect on business performance, while dynamic capabilities and financial management each have a significant positive effect on business performance. Simultaneously, market orientation, dynamic capabilities, and financial management significantly affect business performance, with an adjusted R square of 0.487, indicating that the three variables explain 48.7 percent of the variance in business performance. These findings suggest that although a firm grasp of the market alone is not sufficient to move business performance among culinary MSMEs in Senja Bungatan, the ability to adapt internal resources and to plan, record, and control finances are the factors that consistently drive stronger business performance.
