This study aims to analyze the influence of on-the-job training, organizational culture, and compensation on employee engagement among Gen Z employees. Generation Z is beginning to dominate the workforce and exhibits characteristics that differ from previous generations, making the improvement of employee engagement a challenge for companies. This study was conducted among Gen Z employees at Galaxy Solusindo in Malang using a quantitative approach. The sampling technique used was non-probability, specifically saturation sampling. Data were analyzed using IBM SPSS 25. The results show that, collectively, on-the-job training, organizational culture, and compensation have a significant effect on employee engagement. Furthermore, when analyzed individually, on-the-job training and compensation have a significant positive effect on employee engagement, while organizational culture has a significant negative effect on employee engagement.
