Pengaruh Sistem Informasi Manajemen, Dukungan Teknologi Informasi, Dan Kompetensi Digital Terhadap Efektivitas Kerja Pegawai Pada Ritel (Studi Pada Royal ATZ Malang).
Abstract
Abstract
Employee work effectiveness is one of the key factors in supporting the achievement of organizational goals. Management Information Systems, Information Technology Support, and Digital Competence have the potential to influence employee work effectiveness. However, previous studies examining the effects of these three variables on employee work effectiveness have shown inconsistent findings, indicating the need for further research. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the influence of Management Information Systems, Information Technology Support, and Digital Competence on Employee Work Effectiveness at Royal ATZ Malang, both simultaneously and partially. A quantitative approach with an explanatory research design was employed in this study. The study population comprised 84 employees, all of whom were included as respondents through a saturarated sampling technique. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression with IBM SPSS Statistics 31. The results showed that, simultaneously, Management Information Systems, Information Technology Support, and Digital Competence had a significant effect on Employee Work Effectiveness. Partially, Management Information Systems had a significant effect on Employee Work Effectiveness, whereas Information Technology Support and Digital Competence had no significant effect. These findings indicate that employee work effectiveness at Royal ATZ Malang was more strongly influenced by the implementation of Management Information Systems than by the other factors.
