Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Servant, Lingkungan Kerja, Dan Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Dengan Employe Engagement Sebagai Variabel Mediasi
Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of servant leadership, work environment, and work discipline on employee performance, with employee engagement serving as a mediating variable at PT. Gayatri Lintas Nusantara, Tulungagung Regency. The study employed a quantitative approach, with data collected through the distribution of questionnaires. Data were analyzed using the Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method with the assistance of SmartPLS software.The results indicate that: (1) servant leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance; (2) the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance; (3) work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance; (4) servant leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee engagement; (5) the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee engagement; (6) work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee engagement; and (7) employee engagement has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Furthermore, employee engagement was found to significantly and positively mediate the effects of servant leadership, work environment, and work discipline on employee performance. These findings confirm that improving leadership quality, creating a conducive work environment, and strengthening employee discipline, accompanied by enhanced employee engagement, constitute effective strategies for sustainably improving employee performance.
