Abstract

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of compensation, work-life balance, and social support on employee job satisfaction at PT Cemerlang Bumi Plastik. A quantitative associative research design was employed involving 90 employees as respondents. Data were collected using a structured questionnaire and analyzed using multiple linear regression with IBM SPSS. The results indicate that compensation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction (β = 0.214; t = 2.751; p = 0.007). Work-life balance also has a positive and significant effect (β = 0.312; t = 3.691; p < 0.001), representing the strongest predictor. Social support significantly influences job satisfaction (β = 0.187; t = 2.793; p = 0.006). Simultaneously, all independent variables significantly affect job satisfaction (F = 11.288; p < 0.001), with an Adjusted R² of 0.257. These findings suggest that improving compensation systems, work-life balance, and workplace social support contributes to higher employee job satisfaction.
