Abstract

Abstract

This study aims to examine the impact of Workload, Organizational Climate, and Teamwork on the productivity of nurses at Batu City Baptist Hospital. The study population consisted of 90 nurses, all of whom were sampled using census sampling techniques. Data analysis was performed using Multiple Linear Regression. The results showed that the three variables of Workload, Organizational Climate, and Teamwork simultaneously had a significant effect on productivity. Meanwhile, partially, it was found that Workload and Teamwork had a positive and significant effect, while Organizational Climate had a negative and significant effect. These findings indicate that an unsupportive Organizational Climate has the potential to reduce productivity. In addition, Teamwork was identified as the most dominant factor in increasing nurse productivity.
