Analisa Kepuasan Kerja, Motivasi Kerja Dan Komitmen Organisasional Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Koperasi Konsumen Syariah Malabar Pasuruan
Abstract
Abstract
This study aims to analyze the influence of job satisfaction, work motivation, and organizational commitment on employee performance at the Sharia Consumer Cooperative Malabar Pasuruan. The objectives include examining the partial and simultaneous effects of each independent variable on employee performance. All 63 employees were involved as respondents using a census technique, allowing every member of the population to participate in the study. Multiple linear regression analysis was applied to evaluate the contribution of each variable to employee performance. The results indicate that job satisfaction, work motivation, and organizational commitment simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance. Partially, job satisfaction and work motivation were shown to have a positive and significant effect on performance. In contrast, organizational commitment does not show a significant partial effect on performance. These findings suggest that employee performance within the cooperative is more strongly driven by job satisfaction and motivation than by organizational commitment.
