Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the work environment and leadership on employee performance at the Kebonagung Sugar Factory in Malang Regency. In this study, there are 3 variables, 15 indicators, and 3 hypotheses. The sample used in this study was 96 respondents. The survey results were then processed and analyzed using multiple regression analysis with the SPSS program. The results simultaneously show that the variables of Work Environment and Leadership have a positive influence together on employee performance at the Kebonagung Sugar Factory in Malang Regency. Meanwhile, partially, the variables of Work Environment and Leadership have a positive influence on employee performance at the Kebonagung Sugar Factory in Malang Regency.
