This study aims to analyze the influence of digital literacy, entrepreneurial orientation, and capital availability on entrepreneurial decision-making among Generation Z in Malang City. A total of 91 respondents were selected using a purposive sampling technique, with criteria including young entrepreneurs aged 13–28 years who actively run businesses and utilize digital media for their operations. Data were collected through employing a Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzing the data through multiple linear regression techniques.

The results indicate that digital literacy has a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial decision-making, suggesting that the ability to use digital technology facilitates young people in starting and managing their businesses effectively. Meanwhile, entrepreneurial orientation does not significantly affect entrepreneurial decision-making, implying that Generation Z’s entrepreneurial mindset has not yet been fully transformed into actual behavior . Furthermore, capital availability has a positive and significant influence, confirming that access to financial resources is a major factor driving entrepreneurial decisions among young individuals. Simultaneously, all three variables significantly affect entrepreneurial decision-making.

This study contributes to the development of digital entrepreneurship among young generations and provides valuable insights for policymakers and MSME stakeholders to design effective empowerment strategies.
