The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of variable product quality, service quality and location on the interest of consumer repurchase at Lazizaa Dinoyo Malang. The research method used is quantitative. The population and sample used in this study were consumers of Lazizaa Dinoyo Malang. Sampling uses the accidental sampling technique, while in this study using multiple linear regression data analysis methods.
The results of this study provide evidence of product quality variables, service quality and location both simultaneously and partially positive and significant effect on repurchase interest.
