The purpose of this study is to evaluate how work experience, work motivation, and job training affect employee performance at Nelongso Fried Chicken in Malang City. With 63 employees as samples using the total sampling technique and data collection conducted through questionnaires. The results indicate that all three factors collectively influence employee performance, and individually, each factor also contributes to employee performance
