Abstract


Abstract

 

This research aims to analyze and describe the influence of leadership style and organizational culture on the performance of organizational members through organizational commitment (Study at the Tannah Bumbu Student Association (HIMATANBU) Malang). The population in this study was all 48 members of the Tanah Bumbu Student Association using saturated sampling techniques. The variables used in this research are the dependent variable Member Performance, the independent variable Leadership Style and Organizational Culture, and the intervening variable Organizational Commitment. The research results show 1) Leadership Style has no significant effect on Organizational Commitment 2) Organizational Culture has a significant effect on Organizational Commitment 3) Leadership Style has no significant effect on the Performance of Organizational Members 4) Organizational Culture has a significant effect on the Performance of Organizational Members 5) Organizational Commitment has a significant effect on the Performance of Organizational Members 6) Leadership Style has no significant effect on the Performance of Organizational Members through Organizational Commitment 7) Organizational Culture has a significant effect on the Performance of Organizational Members through Organizational Commitment.
