Abstract

 

This research aims to determine the influence of leadership style, organizational communication and organizational culture on the performance of study administrators at HMJ-M FEB UNISMA for the 2023-2024 period . Determining the sample in the research used a saturated sampling technique for 103 HMJ-M FEB UNISMA administrators for the 2023-2024 period . The research results show that 1) leadership style, organizational communication and organizational culture have a positive and significant effect on the performance of HMJ-M FEB UNISMA administrators for the 2023-2024 period 2) partially leadership style and organizational communication have a positive and significant influence on the performance of HMJ-M FEB administrators UNISMA. Meanwhile, organizational culture has a positive and insignificant effect on the performance of HMJ-M FEB UNISMA administrators for the period 2023.2024.
