Abstract

 

The aim of research using this type of explanatory research and quantitative approach is to determine the influence of entrepreneurial characteristics, business capital and marketing strategies simultaneously and partially on the development of salted fish MSMEs in Lekok sub-district, Pasuruan regency. The population of this research is MSME business actors in Lekok sub-district, Pasuruan district. The sampling technique used was a saturated sample, where all members of the population were used as a sample and then a total of 50 respondents were found. This research method uses multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS analysis tools. Based on the results of research, simultaneously and partially, entrepreneurial characteristics, business capital and marketing strategies have a significant influence on the development of salted fish MSMEs in Lekok District, Pasuruan Regency
