PENGARUH KECERDASAN INTELEKTUAL, KECERDASAN EMOSIONAL, DAN KECERDASAN SPIRITUAL TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN (Pada Karyawan Non Medis Rumah Sakit Islam Malang UNISMA)

Abstract

ABSTRACT

The purpose of this research is to describe the intellectual intelligence, emotional intelligence, spiritual intelligence, and performance of employees and to determine the effect of intellectual intelligence, emotional intelligence, and spiritual intelligence on the performance of employees partially or simultaneously.

This research method is using quantitative method and the research type is explanatory research. The sample of this study were 70 non-medical employees of Rumah Sakit Islam Malang UNISMA.

To obtain accurate and detailed data, this study uses data collection methods with questionnaires. The method of analysis used in this research are instrument test, normality test, multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumptions, and hypothesis testing using SPSS 14 for Windows.

The results of this study indicate that intellectual intelligence, emotional intelligence, and spiritual intelligence influence simultaneously on employee performance. While partially, intellectual intelligence does not affect employee performance, emotional intelligence influences employee performance, and spiritual intelligence does not affect the performance of non-medical employees of Rumah Sakit Islam Malang UNISMA.
