PENGARUH EARNING PER SHARE, PRICE EARNING RATIO, DAN BOOK VALUE PER SHARE TERHADAP HARGA SAHAM (Studi Empiris Pada Perusahaan Asuransi Yang Terdaftar Di Bursa Efek Indonesia Tahun 2015-2017)

ABSTRACT
This study aims to determine the effect of Earning Per Share (EPS), Price Earning Ratio (PER), and Book Value Per Share (BVS) on Stock Prices in Insurance Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2017. Several previous studies on stock prices have shown different results. Therefore, other research needs to be done to reexamine the theory of stock prices.
The study population was 13 insurance service companies. The sampling method used was purposive sampling method, so that 9 sample companies were obtained for 3 years of observation (2015-2017) with 27 observations. sample companies downloaded from the Indonesia Stock Exchange website. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The analysis process carried out first is descriptive statistical, classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis, and hypothesis testing.
The results of this study partially show that the Earning Per Share (EPS) and Book Value Per Share (BVS) variables have a positive and significant effect on stock prices. And the Price Earning Ratio (PER) variable has a negative and not significant effect on stock prices.
