The purpose of this study is to ascertain the relationship between employee performance and motivation, emotional intelligence, and intellectual intelligence. A descriptive quantitative research methodology was adopted. Employees of CV. Bandung Super Model Sengkaling make up the study's sample. While the sample used in this study is saturated sengkaling. So that the sample used is all employees of CV. Bandung Super Model Sengkaling, totaling 53 employees. The characteristics of motivation, emotional intelligence, and intellectual intelligence all had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, according to the study's findings. The motivational variable also had a positive and significant impact on employee performance., the emotional intelligence variable had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, the intellectual intelligence variable positive and significant effect on employee performance.
